Burn CD is a free entertainment tool for presenting and sharing song recommendations as a virtual CD. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and understand the limits below.
What the service provides
Burn CD lets you search public music metadata, select tracks, play available preview clips, add a short note, and create a shareable URL. It does not sell music, grant music licenses, host full recordings, create downloadable mixes, or burn a physical compact disc.
Your content and conduct
You are responsible for the optional note you place in a shared URL. Do not use the service to send unlawful, abusive, threatening, deceptive, or privacy-invasive material. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, overload its APIs, bypass security controls, or misrepresent Burn CD as a music licensing or distribution service.
Third-party services
Music metadata, artwork, and previews depend on Apple's iTunes services. Links to Apple Music and Spotify open third-party websites. Burn CD does not control their availability, catalog, regional access, terms, or privacy practices. Apple Music, iTunes, and Spotify are trademarks of their respective owners; their appearance does not imply sponsorship.
Availability and warranty
The service is provided as available. Features, preview clips, search results, and shared links may stop working when catalogs, browsers, or hosting systems change. You should keep a separate copy of any track list that matters to you. To the extent permitted by law, no guarantee is made that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
